  OR
• Master’s Degree in Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics), Economics

• Graduation in Social Science with Master’s in Public Health/Community Health/Preventive & Social Medicine
  OR
• Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in Human Resource/Healthcare

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in health program management, including areas like disease surveillance, community mobilization, inter-sectoral collaboration, IEC-BCC Activities, Quality Control, Monitoring, and Evaluation.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in computers (MS Office, Internet).
• Permanent resident of West Bengal and knowledge of local languages.

Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms. Existing employees in the same position are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.

Salary Details:

• Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month
• Increment will be provided as per NHM guidelines.

3.    Final Selection: The final selection will be made based on the combined score from essential qualifications, experience, and the computer test (Total 100 Marks).
