Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduation in Dental/Nursing
OR
- Master’s Degree in Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Human Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics), Economics
OR
- Graduation in Social Science with Master’s in Public Health/Community Health/Preventive & Social Medicine
OR
- Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in Human Resource/Healthcare
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in health program management, including areas like disease surveillance, community mobilization, inter-sectoral collaboration, IEC-BCC Activities, Quality Control, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in computers (MS Office, Internet).
- Permanent resident of West Bengal and knowledge of local languages.
Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms. Existing employees in the same position are eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.
Salary Details:
- Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month
- Increment will be provided as per NHM guidelines.
