🧾 About the Scheme | योजना के बारे में

The Bihar Mukhyamantri Vriddhjan Pension Yojana (MVPY) provides monthly pension support to senior citizens aged 60 years and above who are not receiving any other government pension.
बिहार मुख्यमंत्री वृद्धजन पेंशन योजना (MVPY) का उद्देश्य 60 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों को, जिन्हें कोई अन्य सरकारी पेंशन नहीं मिलती, मासिक आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करना है।

The scheme is implemented by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Bihar, and the pension is credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through DBT.
इस योजना को समाज कल्याण विभाग, बिहार सरकार द्वारा लागू किया गया है, और पेंशन राशि सीधे लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में DBT माध्यम से भेजी जाती है।

🧮 Eligibility Criteria | पात्रता मानदंड

• Must be a resident of Bihar.

• आवेदक बिहार राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए।

• Must be 60 years of age or older.

• आवेदक की आयु 60 वर्ष या उससे अधिक होनी चाहिए।

• Should not be receiving any other pension (state/central).

• आवेदक किसी अन्य सरकारी पेंशन योजना का लाभ नहीं ले रहा हो।

• Should not be an income tax payer.

• आवेदक आयकर दाता नहीं होना चाहिए।

• Must have a bank account linked with Aadhaar.

• आवेदक का बैंक खाता आधार से लिंक होना आवश्यक है।

📋 Required Documents | आवश्यक दस्तावेज़

• Aadhaar Card / आधार कार्ड

• Residential Proof (Bihar) /निवास प्रमाण पत्र (बिहार का)

• Age Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Birth Certificate) /आयु प्रमाण पत्र (आधार / वोटर आईडी / जन्म प्रमाणपत्र)

• Bank Passbook (with IFSC & account number) / बैंक पासबुक (IFSC व खाता संख्या सहित)

• Passport-size photo /  पासपोर्ट आकार का फोटो

• Mobile number linked with Aadhaar / आधार लिंक मोबाइल नंबर

• Consent Form (Duly verified by the Bank) / सहमति पत्र (बैंक द्वारा सत्यापित)

🧾 Consent Form Process | सहमति पत्र प्रक्रिया

1. After registering on the SSPMIS Bihar Portal, download the Consent Form (सहमति पत्र).

2. Fill in all the required details like your name, Aadhaar number, and bank account details.

3. Visit your bank branch, where the Bank Manager or Authorized Officer verifies and stamps the consent form.

4. This verified form confirms that the pension amount can be credited directly to your account via DBT.

5. After verification, scan and upload the signed consent form on the SSPMIS portal using your application login.

1. SSPMIS बिहार पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण के बाद सहमति पत्र (Consent Form) डाउनलोड करें।

2. फॉर्म में अपना नाम, आधार नंबर, बैंक खाता विवरण भरें।

3. अपने बैंक शाखा में जाकर इस फॉर्म को बैंक प्रबंधक या अधिकृत अधिकारी से सत्यापित व सील करवाएं।

4. यह फॉर्म पुष्टि करता है कि आपकी पेंशन राशि सीधे DBT के माध्यम से आपके खाते में जमा की जा सकती है।

5. सत्यापन के बाद, साइन किया हुआ सहमति पत्र स्कैन कर पोर्टल पर अपलोड करें।

💻 Online Application Process | ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया

1. Visit https://sspmis.bihar.gov.in.

2. Click on “Register for Mukhyamantri Vriddhjan Pension Yojana”.

3. Fill in all personal details, Aadhaar number, and bank information.

4. Upload documents including bank-verified consent form.

5. Submit the application and note down the acknowledgment number for future tracking.

2. “मुख्यमंत्री वृद्धजन पेंशन योजना के लिए पंजीकरण करें” पर क्लिक करें।

3. व्यक्तिगत जानकारी, आधार संख्या और बैंक विवरण भरें।

4. सभी दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें, जिनमें बैंक-सत्यापित सहमति पत्र शामिल हो।

5. आवेदन सबमिट करें और प्राप्त आवेदन संख्या सुरक्षित रखें।

🧾 Verification & Payment | सत्यापन और भुगतान

Once documents and the consent form are uploaded, the Social Welfare Department verifies eligibility and authenticity.
After approval, monthly pension of ₹1,100 is directly credited to the beneficiary’s account.

दस्तावेज़ों और सहमति पत्र के अपलोड होने के बाद, समाज कल्याण विभाग पात्रता की जांच करता है।
स्वीकृति के बाद ₹1,100 मासिक पेंशन राशि लाभार्थी के खाते में सीधे ट्रांसफर की जाती है।
