GSSSB Physiotherapist (Class-III) Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 138 Posts

Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar has released Advertisement No. 328/202526 inviting online applications for 138 Physiotherapist (Class-III) posts under the Health & Family Welfare Department.
The selection will be made through a competitive written examination, and eligible candidates must apply via the OJAS website within the given dates.

🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized university.

2.     Basic Computer Knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967.

3.     Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi (or both).

4.     Must be registered with the Indian Association of Physiotherapists (IAP) at the time of application.

5.     Must register with Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapists once it is constituted.

🎂 Age Limit (as on 23.12.2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 35 years
• Age Relaxation:
• Female (General): +5 yrs
• Reserved Category (Male): +5 yrs
• Reserved Category (Female): +10 yrs (up to max 45 yrs)
• PwD (General): +10 yrs (max 45 yrs)
• PwD (Reserved): +15–20 yrs (max 45 yrs)
• Ex-Servicemen: Duty period + 3 yrs relaxation

💰 Salary Details

• First 5 Years: ₹49,600 fixed pay per month
• After 5 Years: Pay Level-7 (₹39,900 – ₹1,26,600)
• Appointment conditions will follow Government of Gujarat service rules.

📘 Application Fee

• General: ₹500
• Reserved Categories (All): ₹400
• Mode: Online only (Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallet)
• Fee Refund: Only if the candidate appears for the exam
• No refund for absent candidates or rejected applications.

📝 Selection Process

Selection will be through a Single-Stage Written Examination (MCQ based):

Part-A (60 Marks)

• Numerical Ability – 30
• Reasoning & Data Interpretation – 30

Part-B (150 Marks)

• Constitution of India, Current Affairs, Gujarati & English Comprehension – 30
• Subject-related Physiotherapy Questions – 120

Total Questions: 210
Total Duration: 3 hours
Negative Marking: ¼ per wrong answer
Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• Part-A → 40%
• Part-B → 40%

1.     Visit https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in

2.     Go to Apply Online → GSSSB → Post: Physiotherapist Class-III.

3.     Fill in personal & educational details carefully.

4.     Upload photo (5cm x 3.6cm) & signature (2.5cm x 7.5cm).

5.     Confirm the application (No edits allowed after confirmation).

6.     Pay the online fee and download the payment receipt.

7.     Take a printout of the application and keep it safely.

• Incorrect information or mismatch in documents can lead to cancellation.
• Multiple applications: Only the last confirmed application will be considered.
