Educational Qualification

BEL’s selection process will consist of two stages:
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
o Total Marks: 85
o Minimum Qualifying Marks:
§ General/OBC/EWS: 35%
§ SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
2. Interview
o Weightage: 15 Marks
o Only shortlisted candidates (based on CBT performance) will be called in a 1:5 ratio.
Final Selection: Based on the combined score of CBT (85%) and Interview (15%).
