UP D.El.Ed. (BTC) Admission 2025 – Online Application Form 

Short Information

Uttar Pradesh Examination Regulatory Authority, Prayagraj has released the official notification for UP D.El.Ed. (BTC) Training 2025. Eligible candidates can apply online for admission into Government DIETs, CTE Varanasi, and private D.El.Ed. colleges recognized by NCTE and affiliated with the UP Government.
The entire admission, registration and counselling process will be conducted online at updeled.gov.in only.

Important Dates

• Notification Release Date: 18 November 2025

• Online Registration Start: 24 November 2025 (Afternoon)

• Online Registration Last Date: 15 December 2025

• Last Date for Fee Payment: 16 December 2025

• Last Date to Print Complete Application: 18 December 2025

• State Merit List Publication: 23 December 2025

• Seat Allotment & Choice Filling (All Candidates including Other States):
  From 26 December 2025 to 13 January 2026 (3 rounds)

Counselling Schedule

• Phase-1 Document Verification & Admission (Allotted Candidates):
  Till 19 January 2026

• Phase-2 Choice Filling, Allotment & Admission:
  From 23 January 2026 to 13 February 2026

• Final Institution-wise Admission Report Upload:
  Till 16 February 2026

• Training Session Start Date: 17 February 2026

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have passed 10+2 and Graduation from a recognized board/university.

• Other State candidates will be treated as Unreserved Category only.

• Reservation benefits are valid only for Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates.

Age Limit

Age criteria will be as per the Government Order dated 12.11.2025.
(General relaxation rules as per UP Government norms apply.)

As per official notification, the registration fee for UP D.El.Ed. 2025 is:

Important Points:

• Fee can be paid only through online mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI).

• Bank service charges are payable by the candidate.

• Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Candidate Registration Part-1

• Pay / Update Registration Fee / Reprint e-Receipt

• Submit Registration Part-2

• Upload Photograph & Signature

• Print Final Application Form

Step-by-Step Online Application Process

★ Step 1: Online Registration

• Fill the online Registration Form with correct details.

• After submission, a Registration Number will be generated.

• Note down the Registration Number for all future use.

• Candidate must use a working mobile number & email ID.

★ Step 2: Fee Payment

Payment can be made through:

• Debit Card

• Credit Card

• Net Banking

• UPI

After successful payment, candidates can proceed to Fill Complete Registration Form and take the printout of the e-Receipt.

★ Step 3: Uploading Scanned Images

Upload Mandatory Scanned Documents:

• Photograph

• Signature

General Specifications (JPG Format Only):

• Photograph:

  • Passport size, recent, color photo

  • No cap/hat/dark glasses

  • Clear face visibility, no shadows

  • Size: 10 KB to 50 KB

• Signature:

  • On white paper with black ink

  • Must be candidate’s own signature

  • Size: 5 KB to 20 KB

Note: Correction of details is allowed only before image upload.

Final Steps

• Review all details before final submission.

• After final submission, no changes can be made.

• Download and keep a printout of the Confirmation Page.

• The Registration Number printed on the Confirmation Page must be preserved.

Selection Procedure & Counselling Process

The selection process includes:

✔ Preparation of State Rank & Merit List

• Based on the candidate’s academic marks (as per rules).

• Category-wise & subject-wise merit prepared as per reservation policy.

✔ Online Choice Filling & Seat Allotment

Three rounds of counselling will be held:

Round 1 (26 Dec 2025 – 13 Jan 2026):

• All candidates fill choices.

• NIC Lucknow will allot institutions according to merit & options.

Round 2 (23 Jan – 13 Feb 2026):

• Verification & admission at allotted institutes.

Remaining Seats:

• After giving opportunity to all UP candidates,

• Candidates from other states will be considered for remaining seats.

• If reserved candidates are unavailable, seats may be converted to unreserved.

✔ Document Verification & Admission

Allotted candidates must visit the allotted institute with documents and complete admission formalities.

How to Apply

• Visit the official website: https://updeled.gov.in

• Register online using the “New Registration” option.

• Fill the registration form carefully.

• Pay the application fee online.

• Upload photograph & signature (as per guidelines).

• Submit the final application form.

• Download and print the confirmation page.

• No correction opportunity will be provided after final submission.

• Only the online application form on official website is valid.

• Candidates must read the Government Order dated 12.11.2025 thoroughly.

• Minority institutes will conduct admissions strictly as per guidelines.

• All information related to admission, merit, allotment, and counselling will be published on the official website only.
