Short Information : The Government of West Bengal, Office of the Administrator, Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) has officially released the WB FSL Recruitment 2025 Notification on 15 December 2025. A total of 81 contractual vacancies have been announced for Scientific Officer, Scientific Assistant, and Driver posts under Mobile Forensic Units (MFUs) across various districts of West Bengal.

Eligible candidates can apply offline from 15 December to 30 December 2025 through the prescribed application format available on the official website www.wbfsl.gov.in.

WB FSL Apply Offline 2025 – How to Apply

Candidates must apply offline only by submitting the application form via post or by hand.

Step-by-Step Application Process

1.    Visit www.wbfsl.gov.in and download the WB FSL application form.

2.    Fill the form neatly using blue/black ballpoint pen.

3.    Paste a recent passport-size photograph.

4.    Attach self-attested copies of required documents:

o   Educational certificates

o   Age proof

o   FACT scorecard (for SO & SA)

o   Driving license (for Driver)

o   Experience certificate

5.    Superscribe the envelope as:
“Application for the post of Scientific Officer / Scientific Assistant / Driver”

6.    Send the application to:
The Administrator, State Forensic Science Laboratory, West Bengal, 37/1/2, Belgachia Road, Kolkata – 700037

7.    Alternatively, drop the sealed envelope at the SFSL reception box.

8.    Ensure submission on or before 30 December 2025 (6:00 PM).
