- Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in relevant/allied subject
- NET / SET / SLET qualified
OR
- Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009 / 2016
- Foreign Ph.D. holders from Top-500 ranked universities are exempted from NET
🔹 Associate Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant/allied discipline
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks
- Minimum 8 years teaching / research experience
- At least 7 research publications
- Research Score: 75 (UGC Appendix-II)
🔹 Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant/allied discipline
- Minimum 10 years teaching / research experience
- At least 10 research publications
- Research Score: 120 (UGC Appendix-II)
- Experience in guiding Ph.D. scholars required
🔧 Engineering & Technology Posts
- Qualifications strictly as per AICTE Regulations
- B.E./B.Tech & M.E./M.Tech for Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. mandatory for Associate Professor & Professor
