About RFCL
RFCL is a Joint Venture of NFL, EIL, and FCIL, operating a 2200 MTPD Ammonia Plant and 3850 MTPD Neem Coated Urea Plant at Ramagundam, Telangana.

Educational Qualification
- Engineering: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant discipline
- Chemical Lab: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- HR: MBA / PG Degree or Diploma in HRM / Personnel Management
- Finance: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- IT: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc (Engg.) in CS/IT or MCA
- Pharmacy: Degree in Pharmacy + PCI Registration
(All qualifications must be full-time regular with minimum 60% marks)

- E-2: Up to 40 Years

Pay Scale & CTC
- E-2: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (CTC ~ ₹17.40 LPA)
- E-3: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- E-4: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
- E-5: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- E-6: ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000
- E-7: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000
- E-8: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000
