Residential Qualification

• Rural Home Guard: Permanent resident of the concerned block in Garhwa district
• Urban Home Guard: Resident of urban area in Garhwa district

Educational Qualification

• Rural Home Guard: Minimum 7th Pass
• Urban Home Guard: Minimum 10th (Matric) Pass

Technical Qualification (Only for Technical Urban Home Guard)

• Experience in Electrician, Firefighter, Driver, Teacher, Nurse, Computer Operator, or similar technical fields.
