Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess:
- Three-Year Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a State Technical Education Board or a Government-recognized University/Institution
OR
- Higher Qualification (Degree) in the relevant engineering discipline
Punjabi Language Requirement
- Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi or an equivalent Punjabi language qualification as per Punjab Civil Services Rules, 1994.
All qualification certificates must be issued before the last date of application.
