Common Eligibility | ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಅರ್ಹತೆ
• Applicant must be a resident of Karnataka
• Details must match official government records
• ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿವಾಸಿಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು
• ವಿವರಗಳು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹೊಂದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು

Certificate-wise Eligibility | ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವಾರು ಅರ್ಹತೆ

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Karnataka or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Karnataka
• ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿರುವವರು ಅಥವಾ ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯವರೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸಿರುವವರು
• ಪೋಷಕರು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ನಿವಾಸಿಗಳಾಗಿರಬೇಕು

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC / Category-I as notified by Karnataka Government
• ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾನ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಿದ SC / ST / OBC / ವರ್ಗ-I ಗೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared
• ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದಾದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯವನ್ನು ಘೋಷಿಸಬೇಕು

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit
• ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರು OBC ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು
• ಕುಟುಂಬ ಆದಾಯ ನಾನ್-ಕ್ರೀಮಿ ಲೇಯರ್ ಮಿತಿಯೊಳಗಿರಬೇಕು

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category
• ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ₹8 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗಿರಬೇಕು

🔹 Step 1: Visit Official Website

👉 https://sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login

• Login using Aadhaar / Mobile Number
• Verify through OTP

• ಆಧಾರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಮಾಡಿ
• OTP ಮೂಲಕ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿ

🔹 Step 3: Select Certificate Service

Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka

🔹 Step 4: Fill Application Form

Enter personal details, address, family information and certificate-specific details carefully.

🔹 Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload documents in PDF or JPG format.

🔹 Step 6: Pay Application Fee

• Application Fee: ₹15 – ₹50 (service-wise)
• Payment Mode: UPI / Debit Card / Net Banking

🔹 Step 7: Submit Application

After submission, an Application / Acknowledgement Number will be generated. Save it for future reference.
