Common Eligibility | సాధారణ అర్హత
• Applicant must be a resident of Telangana

Certificate-wise Eligibility | సర్టిఫికెట్ వారీగా అర్హత

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Telangana or residing continuously for the prescribed period
• Parents should be permanent residents of Telangana
• తెలంగాణలో జన్మించి ఉండాలి లేదా నిర్ణీత కాలం పాటు నివసించి ఉండాలి
• తల్లిదండ్రులు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర శాశ్వత నివాసులు అయి ఉండాలి

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / BC category notified by Telangana Government
• తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించిన SC / ST / BC వర్గానికి చెందినవారై ఉండాలి

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit

• కుటుంబ ఆదాయం నాన్-క్రీమీ లేయర్ పరిమితిలో ఉండాలి

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category
• కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం ₹8 లక్షల కంటే తక్కువగా ఉండాలి
• SC / ST / OBC వర్గానికి చెందినవారు కాకూడదు

🔹 Step 1: Visit Official Website

👉 https://ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login
• Login using Aadhaar / Mobile Number
• Verify through OTP

• ఆధార్ లేదా మొబైల్ నంబర్ ద్వారా లాగిన్ అవ్వాలి
• OTP ద్వారా ధృవీకరించాలి

🔹 Step 3: Select Certificate Service

Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue Department, Government of Telangana

🔹 Step 4: Fill Application Form
Enter personal details, address, family information and certificate-specific details carefully.
