Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Manager (HR&A)
- Graduate in any discipline AND
- MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full-time) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR
OR
- PG Degree/PG Diploma (2 years) in Personnel Management/HR from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
2. Assistant Manager (F&A)
- Graduate in any discipline AND
- Passed ICAI/ICWAI Final Exam
OR
- MBA (Finance) – 2 years full time from UGC/AICTE approved institute.
3. Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II
- Full-time 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from WBSCT&VE&SD recognized institution.
Additional Eligibility
- Candidates must be able to read, speak and write Bengali/Nepali.
- Final year appearing candidates may apply (must produce final marksheet during interview).
