IIBF Junior Executive Recruitment 2025 for 10 Posts

Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), the premier professional body for banking and finance professionals in India, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Executives.
Eligible graduates with minimum 60% marks can apply online from 28 November 2025 to 12 December 2025.
Selection will be through an Online Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

🎓 Educational Qualifications 

Junior Executive

Essential Qualification:

• Graduate with minimum 60% marks in Commerce / Economics / Business Management / IT / Computer Science / Computer Applications
  (59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.)

Desirable Qualifications:

• Diploma in Banking & Finance (IIBF)

• M.Com / MA (Economics) / MBA / CA / CMA / CS / CFA

• Register with valid email & mobile number

• Upload Photograph, Signature, Thumb Impression & Handwritten Declaration

• Pay application fee online

• Submit the form and take a printout for records

Handwritten declaration (as required):
“I, _______ (Name), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

📌 Other Important Instructions

• Applicants must have a valid email ID and mobile number throughout the recruitment process.

• Incomplete applications, incorrect documents, or mismatched signatures will lead to rejection.

• Multiple applications for the same post will be invalid.

• Selected candidates must serve minimum 2 years or pay ₹1,00,000 as compensation if they leave early.

• Initial posting will be in Mumbai, but transfers to Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Lucknow, or Bengaluru are possible.

• Appointment is subject to medical fitness and verification of documents.
