NHIDCL Technical Cadre Selection Process 2025
The NHIDCL Technical Cadre selection process will consist of two stages:
Stage 1: Eligibility Test
- Objective-type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Subjects include General Awareness, Analytical Ability, Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning.
- Exemption: Candidates with 5+ years of experience in NHIDCL are exempted from this stage.
Stage 2: Selection Test
A. Specific Written Test
- Job-specific technical written examination for each grade.
- Syllabus Weightage:
- 70% – IRC Codes, MoRTH Specifications, and related Acts/Rules.
- 30% – Core Civil Engineering Subjects.
B. Personal Interview
- Conducted by the NHIDCL Selection Committee to assess technical expertise, leadership, and suitability for the role.
