Short Information : The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially released the RPSC Assistant Director & Senior Scientific Officer Recruitment Notification 2025–26 on 23 December 2025. A total of 28 vacancies have been announced for the State Forensic Science Laboratory (SFSL), Jaipur under the Rajasthan Forensic Science Service Rules, 1979.

Age Limit
- 21 to 40 years (as on 01 January 2027)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS (Male – Rajasthan): 5 Years
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC/EWS (Female – Rajasthan): 10 Years
- General Female: 5 Years
- Widow/Divorcee: No upper age limit
Educational Qualification & Experience
Assistant Director (DNA):
- M.Sc. (II Division) in Zoology / Molecular Biology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology / Genetics
OR
- M.Sc. in Forensic Science (DNA specialization)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Forensic DNA analysis
Senior Scientific Officer:
- M.Sc. (II Division) in relevant subject OR Forensic Science with specialization
- Minimum 2 years relevant forensic experience
Common Requirement:
· Working knowledge of Hindi (Devnagari script)
· Knowledge of Rajasthan culture
