🎓 Eligibility Conditions (Summary)
- Applicant must be a regularly appointed Stenographer Grade ‘D’
- Minimum approved service varies by cadre (3 to 6 years)
- Must possess computer literacy
- Crucial date for counting service: 01 July 2025

📝 Selection Process
Selection will be conducted in three stages:
🔹 Part-A: Computer Based Examination (200 Marks)
- General Awareness – 100 Marks
- English Language & Comprehension – 100 Marks
- Duration: 2 hours
- Negative marking: 0.25 mark per wrong answer
🔹 Part-B: Stenography Skill Test (200 Marks)
- Dictation speed: 100 WPM
- Medium: English or Hindi
- Transcription on computer
🔹 Part-C: Evaluation of Service Records
- APAR evaluation (up to 100 Marks)
📌 Final merit is based on combined performance.
