Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: 12th (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board with Science & Mathematics as subjects.
• Trade Certification: National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the trade of Mechanic-cum-Operator Electronic Communication System.
• Additional Requirements:
• English word processing speed: 1000 key depressions in 15 minutes.
• Knowledge of Basic Computer Functions: PC handling, MS Office usage, text formatting, etc.

Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 27 years
• Born Between: 02 July 1998 and 01 July 2007 (both dates inclusive)

Note: Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government rules.

Selection Process

1.    Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type questions based on the syllabus.

2.    Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT): As per Delhi Police standards.

3.    Skill Test (Word Processing): Test of English word processing speed (1000 key depressions in 15 minutes).

4.    Document Verification: Based on eligibility and merit.

5.    Medical Examination: Final fitness check.
