- Manager (Credit Analyst): Graduate (any discipline) + MBA (Finance) / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS (Finance) / CA / CFA / ICWA.
- Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication OR MCA.
- Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication OR MCA.
Age Limit
- Manager: 28 – 35 years
- Deputy Manager: 25 – 32 years
- Manager (Credit Analyst): 25 – 35 years
