Essential Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional degrees such as CA, Engineering, or Medical are also eligible.
- Minimum 1-year experience as an officer in Commercial or Rural Bank.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the local language of the applied state.
Selection Process
1. Online Test: Computer-based test, 120 questions for 120 marks, duration 120 minutes. Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
2. Psychometric Test: To assess suitability for the role.
3. Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Assessment of local language skills.
4. Group Discussion and/or Interview: Final candidate evaluation.
