PSTCL Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
· Assistant Engineer (OT)/Electrical:
BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engg. with minimum 60% marks
· Assistant Manager (IT):
BE/B.Tech in CS/IT or MCA with 60% marks
· Accounts Officer:
CA/ICWA or M.Com with 60% marks
· Divisional Accountant:
CA Inter or equivalent
· Junior Engineer (Electrical/Civil/Communication):
3-year Diploma with 50% marks
· Law Officer Grade-II:
LLB (3-year/5-year) + 3 years experience
· LDC/Typist:
Graduation + 120 hours Computer Course
· LDC (Accounts):
B.Com + Computer Course
· Assistant Lineman / ASSA / Electrician:
10th + ITI (relevant trade)
Punjabi language proficiency (Matric level) is mandatory.
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 37 Years
Age Relaxation (as per Punjab Govt rules):
- SC/ST: +5 years
- BC: +3 years
- Ex-Servicemen / PwD: As applicable

Salary Details
Pay Scale (as per 7th CPC):
- Assistant Engineer / Assistant Manager / Accounts Officer: ₹47,600
- Divisional Accountant / Junior Engineer: ₹35,400
- Other Posts: ₹19,900 – ₹35,400
Allowances will be applicable as per PSTCL rules.
A 2-year probation period applies.
