BEL Kotdwara Recruitment 2025 for Graduate & Optional Trade Apprenticeship (BBA/BBM/BBS) 

 Walk-in Written Test- Apply for One-Year Training

Short Information:

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Kotdwara, a Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has issued Advertisement No. BEL/KOT/HRD/APP/2025-26/01 (dated 07 November 2025) inviting Graduate and Optional Trade (BBA/BBM/BBS) candidates to attend a Walk-in Written Test for One-Year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
This is an excellent opportunity for Engineering and Management graduates to gain practical training at India’s premier electronics company.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch recognized by AICTE/GOI, passed on or after 01 July 2022.

• Optional Trade (BBA/BBM/BBS): 3-year degree recognized by AICTE/GOI, passed on or after 01 July 2022.

Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025):

• Maximum: 21 years

• Relaxation: 5 years (SC/ST), 3 years (OBC), 10 years (PwBD)

Minimum Marks:

• General/OBC: 60% & above

• SC/ST: 40% & above

Additional Rules:

• Candidates who have already undergone or are undergoing apprenticeship training under NATS are not eligible.

• Candidates with higher qualifications are not eligible.

• Must possess a Degree/Provisional Degree Certificate at the time of selection.

Stipend Details

Selection Process

• Written Test will be conducted on 22 November 2025.

• Selection purely based on merit in written test.

• Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email only.

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the test.

1. SSLC Marks Card

2. BE/B.Tech or BBA/BBM/BBS Provisional Certificate

3. Caste / Category Certificate (if applicable)

4. NATS Registration Copy

5. Government-issued ID Proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Voter ID / DL / Passport)

How to Register (NATS 2.0 Portal Process)

1. Visit https://nats.education.gov.in.

2. Click Student → Student Register.

3. Follow on-screen instructions and verify via OTP (email and mobile).

4. Fill in details (education, communication, training preferences, bank info).

5. Submit and take a printout of the registration form.

Training Duration

• One Year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

• No guarantee of regular employment after completion.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must carry original documents for verification.

• Mobile phones are not allowed inside the test venue.

• Suppression of facts or false information will lead to disqualification.

• BEL does not charge any fee or accept deposits for recruitment. Beware of fraudsters.

• The final selected candidates list will be published on the BEL official website.
