📌 Post Details:

✅ Section Officer (HR) / Assistant Section Officer (HR) – 01 Post

• Mode of Appointment: Deputation (through search-cum-selection)

• Pay Level: Level-8/9 or Level-7 (Central Govt. Pay Matrix)

• Age Limit: Max 45 years as of the application closing date (1st July 2025)

• Tenure: 5 years (extendable up to 2 more years subject to approval)

• Deputation Terms: Governed by DoPT rules; under Foreign Service terms

🧾 Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

• Officers from Central Government:

  • Holding analogous posts on regular basis in Level-8/9, OR

  • Four years of regular service in Level-7

• Experience in establishment matters, recruitment, payroll, and service records management

Desirable:

• Proficiency in computer-based office work and digital systems

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment and deputation processes

• Service and establishment matters for Govt. employees at GeM

• Payroll processing and coordination with ZingHR

• Handling LTC, medical claims, reimbursements

• Liaising for passport/Visa NOCs, vigilance clearances

• Managing pension contributions, RTI responses, and Parliament queries

• E-office file handling, travel/hotel bookings, and record maintenance
