NABARD, an apex institution of the Government of India, has published the detailed advertisement for the recruitment of Assistant Managers (Grade βAβ) in its Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), Legal Service and Protocol & Security Service (P&SS). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online only within the specified window.

Total Vacancies: 91 posts (across RDBS / Legal / P&SS)

PwBD reservation: 7 posts horizontally across categories.

π Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01 November 2025):
21 to 30 years (born not earlier than 02-Nov-1995 and not later than 01-Nov-2004).
Age relaxation as per govt rules (OBC +3, SC/ST +5 years etc.).
Educational Qualification:
Varies by stream/disciple. For RDBS streams, a relevant graduate or professional qualification in respective disciplines (Finance/Chartered Accountant/Company Secretary/Scientific/Technical etc.).
Legal service: LLB. P&SS: Ex-servicemen with required commissioned service and discipline experience.

π Selection Process

Phase I β Online Preliminary Exam (for all streams)

Phase II β Online Main Exam (for RDBS & Legal)

Phase III β Psychometric Test and/or Interview (for eligible streams)

Document Verification & Medical Fitness
Merit list and final selection will be based on performance in above phases, discipline-wise cut-offs and eligibility verification.
π§Ύ Pay, Allowances & Service Conditions

Starting basic pay: βΉ44,500 per month
-
Estimated gross emoluments: Approximately βΉ1,00,000 per month (including allowances) for Assistant Manager Grade βAβ at Mumbai headquarters; actual may vary by posting and location.

Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years (or as decided) and will be required to serve anywhere in India. They will be governed by NABARDβs service rules (National Pension System etc.).
