Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 29 years as of 17th September 2025
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government norms for SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM categories.
Educational Qualification
- For Field Engineer: Full-time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 55% marks.
- For Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized technical board/institute with 55% marks.
Selection Process
1. Written Test: Candidates will appear for a written test as the first stage.
2. Interview: An interview may follow the written test (if required).

Salary & Benefits
Field Engineer:
- Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks (Approx. ₹8.9 Lakh annual CTC)
Field Supervisor:
- Pay Scale: ₹23,000 – ₹1,05,000
- Initial Basic Pay: ₹23,000 + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks (Approx. ₹6.8 Lakh annual CTC)
Note: Salary & benefits for positions under the RDSS project will be the same as above.
