Walk-in Interview for Expert, Manager & Remote Sensing Analyst Posts (NAKSHA Project)

National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) Agartala, on behalf of the Directorate of Land Records & Settlement (DLRS), Revenue Department, Government of Tripura, has released an official notification to recruit three contractual positions under the NAKSHA Pilot Project. Selection will be done through Walk-in Interview.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Expert (Land Administration)

Qualification / Experience:

• Retired Civil Service Officer

• Minimum 7 years experience in land administration, revenue, registration, consolidation, survey

• Knowledge of:

  • Tripura Land Revenue & Land Reforms Act 1960

  • Land Reforms Rules 1961

  • Tripura Municipal Act 1994

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall in-charge of project execution

• Handle revenue & registration cases

• Manage survey/re-survey works

• Support legal and state-specific requirements

2. Manager (Geospatial Technology)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (Civil, CSE, Geomatics, etc.)

• GIS/Data Analysis certification desirable

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in GIS project management

• Proficiency in ArcGIS, QGIS, mapping, spatial analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GIS operations & database

• Digitize / geo-reference cadastral maps

• Produce maps, datasets & reports

• Field training and quality checks

• Integrate satellite data, spatial & textual databases

• Support National Geospatial Policy implementation

3. Remote Sensing Analyst

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech OR M.Tech/MCA in Geo-informatics / relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in handling high-resolution satellite imagery

• Proficiency in ERDAS, ENVI, ArcGIS, QGIS

Key Responsibilities:

• Satellite data collection & processing

• Orthorectification, mosaicking, feature extraction

• Time-series analysis

• Prepare reports & visualizations

• Spatial data integration with GIS

Selection Process

• Interview – 100 Marks

• Document verification at venue

• Final selection based on eligibility + interview scores

  • Educational qualifications

  • Experience certificates

  • ID proof

  • Age proof

  • Any technical certification

No TA/DA will be provided.

Important Details

• Contract is for 1 year (extendable) based on performance

• No HRA/medical/transport allowance—pay is consolidated

• Appointment subject to certificate verification
