Instructions:
Candidates are advised to register as Graduate/Technician/Trade Apprentice online in the following portals under the respective State as per their Trades below:
a) Trade Apprentice - ITI at NAPS portal (http://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/)
b) Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator at NAPS portal (http://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/)
c) Technician Apprentice - Diploma at NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php)
d) Graduate Apprentice at NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/student_register.php)
How to Apply:
1. Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 16th March 2025 (10:00 A.M.) to 22nd March 2025 (11.55 P.M.). Candidate to ensure that they have successfully applied for the relevant opportunity through respective NAPS/ NATS portal and thereafter submitted the required documents through link on our website within the stipulated timeline. No other mode of applications will be accepted.
2. After applying on the respective NATS/NAPS portal, the candidate MUST also submit consolidated PDF document as detailed in F.4 through link on our website, latest by 22.03.2025, by visiting the link on https://www.iocl.com/apprenticeships Candidates shall ensure that only valid & required documents are submitted through the link on our website, latest by 22.03.2025 failing which, their candidature shall NOT be considered.
3. Following guidelines shall be strictly adhered to while submitting the documents through the link on our website:
i) All the required documents / proof shall be clubbed in a single PDF document (Max. Size 5 MB) and uploaded through the link mentioned above.
ii) All the required documents shall be provided in a single submission only. Multiple submission of the link on our website shall NOT be entertained.
iii) All the required documents shall be submitted through the link on our website ONLY, and submission through email / hard copy shall NOT be considered.
iv) No document other than the list mentioned at F.4 above shall be submitted.
v) Candidates may also indicate their location preference in the same the link on our website. It may however be noted that, while location preference shall be considered, the actual posting will be decided based on the requirements of the Corporation; and no further changes shall be entertained.
4. Those applications which are incomplete/not uploaded with relevant certificates /not in line with the terms & conditions will be liable for rejection.
