📚 Educational Qualifications

1. Assistant Professor – Law

Eligibility (A or B):

(A)

1. Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) with 55% marks (or equivalent grade)

2. Must have:

   • NET / SLET / SET, OR

   • PhD as per UGC 2009 / 2016 Regulations, which exempts from NET

PhD candidates (pre-2009 registration) get NET exemption if:

• Degree awarded in regular mode

• Thesis evaluated by two external examiners

• Viva voce conducted

• Two research papers from PhD (one in a refereed journal)

• Two conference presentations

Note:
NET is not required if NET is not conducted in the concerned subject.

(B)

PhD obtained from a Top 500 Ranked University (QS/THE/ARWU) is acceptable.

2. Assistant Professor – Business Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• AND Master’s Degree in:

  • MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CA / ICWA

• Must have First Class or equivalent

• PLUS 2 years professional experience after Master’s degree

• Subject relevance as per AICTE norms

Selection will be made strictly as per:

• AICTE Regulations 2019
