Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: MBBS with one-year Rotatory Internship.

• Registration: Valid registration with NMC/State Medical Council is mandatory. Candidates awaiting registration must produce proof of “applied for” status during the interview and submit registration before joining.

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Government of India norms.)

Pay and Allowances

• Remuneration: Fixed Basic Pay of ₹56,100/- (Level-10) plus applicable allowances as per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum dated 08.12.2022 or subsequent orders.

Tenure / Terms of Contract

1. Appointment will be on contract basis for one year, renewable based on satisfactory performance and institutional needs.

2. Services may be terminated at any time without notice if required in public interest.

3. In case of resignation, a one-month notice or equivalent salary must be submitted; failing which, security deposit and salary will be forfeited.

4. Contractual officers are not entitled to PF, pension, gratuity, seniority, or promotion.

5. Accommodation may be provided subject to availability; HRA will not be payable in such cases.

6. Unauthorized absence exceeding 7 days without prior approval will lead to automatic termination.

Security Deposit

• Selected candidates must deposit ₹20,000/- through Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” payable at Faridabad at the time of joining.

• This amount will be refunded after successful completion of the contract period and submission of “No Dues Certificate.”

Application Fee

• SC/ST/Female/PH/ESIC Regular Employees: Nil

• All Other Categories: ₹500/- (Non-refundable)

• Mode of Payment: Demand Draft in favour of “ESI Fund A/c No. 1” payable at Faridabad.

Important Dates

• Walk-in Interview Date: 08 October 2025

• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

• Thereafter, interviews will be held every Wednesday (if not a holiday) until all vacancies are filled.

• Venue: Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, NIT-3, Faridabad.

2. Document verification will be conducted before the interview. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear before the selection board.

3. Those applying for multiple posts must submit separate applications with the required fee and documents for each post.

4. The cut-off date for determining eligibility is the date of the walk-in interview.

• MBBS mark sheets, degree, and attempt certificate

• Valid caste/category certificate (EWS/OBC/SC/ST/PwD as applicable)

• NMC/State Medical Registration Certificate

• Experience certificate (if any)

• Aadhaar Card

• Passport-size photograph

• NOC/Relieving certificate (if employed in Government/Autonomous body)

Selection Procedure

1. Selection will be based on academic credentials and interview performance.

2. The result will be displayed only on the official website www.esic.gov.in under the Recruitment section.

3. Offer letters will be issued through email only.

4. Selected candidates must join as per the schedule mentioned in the offer of appointment.
