Eligibility Criteria – Consultant (Scientist-Medical)

• MBBS / BDS / BVSc or equivalent degree with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.

• Retired government employees with requisite qualifications at Level-10 and above with 10 years’ experience can also apply.

• Desirable:

  • Certification in Public Health.

  • Experience handling national/international research projects.

  • Publications in high impact journals.

  • Computer skills, especially virtual meeting platforms, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Age limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 70 years.

Eligibility Criteria – Consultant (Accounts)

• Postgraduate degree in Management / Law / Public Administration or allied fields with at least 10 years of experience in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies.

• Retired government employees with Bachelor’s degree in any discipline at Pay Level-7 and above with 10 years’ experience can also apply.

• Desirable:

  • Knowledge of MS Office and computer typing in Hindi & English.

  • Knowledge of rules/regulations of central government organizations.

  • Familiarity with GFR, pay and pension fixation, procurement, budgeting and finance.

  • Good command over Hindi and English language.

• Age limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 70 years.

• Interview / written test schedule to be notified on the Institute website after scrutiny of applications.

• Engagement is purely contractual; no claim for regular appointment or continuation beyond the project term.

• Selection may involve written test plus interview if more than 30 candidates apply; if fewer than 30 apply, interview only.

• Retired personnel will be interviewed directly without a written test.

• Working hours: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm; leave entitlement: 1.5 days per completed month of service.

• No other perquisites such as HRA or DA; retired Govt. servants may be eligible for TA/DA as per rules.
