• General Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Special Requirements:
• Planning Assistant / Statistical Assistant: Preference for Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, or Statistics graduates.
• Data Entry Operator (DEO): Computer diploma or equivalent (BCA, B.Sc IT, PGDCA, etc.) may be required.

Selection Process – BSSC CGL 2025

1.    Preliminary Examination

o    Objective-type, 150 questions

o    Duration: 2 hrs 15 mins

o    Subjects: General Studies, General Science & Math, Mental Ability

o    Negative Marking: 1 mark per wrong answer

2.    Main Examination

o    Hindi qualifying paper (30% minimum required)

o    General Studies and Subject-related papers

o    Final merit prepared on Mains Score only

• Assistant Branch Officer: Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
• Auditor / Planning Assistant: Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)
• Junior Statistical Assistant / DEO: Level-5/6 (as per post)
