Steps for Online Apply

- Candidates should use their Mobile Number and email id for registration. One Mobile number and One E-mail ID can be used only once.
- After registering, the candidate should always keep their E-mail ID and Password secure. Candidature of candidates feeding. false information would be treated as Cancelled and would be liable to be debarred from future exams conducted by UKPSC.
- Information filled in the Application Form of the candidate will be considered as Final
- Candidates are advised to note their Registration Number, as it is essential for further processing and future logins.
- Candidates have to upload their scanned recent colour passport size photograph with the dimensions (150W x 200H px) & signature with the dimensions (150W x 100H) px in JPG/JPEG format only.
- Candidates can make payment for the application form only by credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI etc.

Examination Scheme for Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/ Upper Subordinate Services Exam
Uttarakhand Combined State Civil/ Upper Subordinate Examination includes three levels sequentially. For instance:
- Preliminary (Objective type) Examination
- Main Examination (Written type)
- Interview Examination
1. Preliminary Examination (Objective type)

Note:
- The preliminary examination will be of objective type, in which the negative evaluation method will be adopted. For each wrong answer or for multiple answers to a single question (even if one is correct), 1/4th mark will be deducted.
- Merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the first question paper (General Studies). The second paper (General Aptitude Test) is qualifying in nature, and it is mandatory to score at least 33% marks for all category/sub-category candidates.
