Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (As on 07.01.2026):
- Deputy Registrar: Maximum 50 years
- Other Posts (Sports Officer, Nurse, Lab Assistant, Technician, Skilled Worker, LDC, Driver): Maximum 30 years
- Age relaxation as per Central Govt rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD applicable.
Educational Qualifications:
- Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with ≥55% marks plus minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Laboratory/Tech Assistant: Bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Applied Science with experience.
- Technician: Class X pass with ITI/NTC and 2 years relevant experience.
- Skilled Worker: Class X with ITI/NTC or Class XII Science.
Selection Process
- Screening of Applications (all posts)
- Written Test (Group B & C posts: LDC, Technician, Skilled Worker, etc.)
- Interview/Presentation (Group A posts like Deputy Registrar, Sports Officer and shortlisted candidates from other posts)
Written test covers General Awareness, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and technical knowledge.
How to Apply
1. Download the official notification & application form from nerist.ac.in.
2. Carefully fill the application form.
3. Attach one recent passport-size photograph on the form and two additional copies.
4. Attach self-attested copies of educational, experience, and category certificates.
5. Prepare a Demand Draft of the application fee (see below) payable to "Director, NERIST" at SBI Nirjuli (Code No. 18744).
6. Send the application form, DD, and documents via Registered/Speed Post to the address mentioned in the notification.
7. Ensure your application reaches before 24th December 2025.
