During Training (1 Year)
- Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000

After Training
- Designation: Assistant Manager (E1)
- Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000
- One additional increment on absorption
