Short Information : The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) has officially released the IIT Roorkee Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 Notification (Advt. No. IITR/Rect Cell/2025/3) on 19 December 2025. Through this recruitment drive, IIT Roorkee invites online applications for 09 Non-Teaching vacancies under Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ categories.

IIT Roorkee Non-Teaching Eligibility Criteria 2025 (Summary)
Eligibility varies post-wise as per the notification:
- Institute Engineer: First-class Engineering Degree + 15 years experience
- Technical Officer: M.Tech/MCA + 7 yrs OR B.Tech + 9 yrs (PhD desirable)
- Deputy Registrar: Master’s Degree (55%) + required administrative/academic experience
- Executive Engineer: B.Tech/M.Tech with relevant experience
- Medical Officer: MD/MS/PG Diploma with experience
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree (55%) + admin experience
- Security Officer: Graduate with senior security/defence experience
Age Limit: 35 to 55 years (post-wise)
Age Relaxation: As per Government of India rules
