1. Educational Qualification

• Medical Posts: MBBS degree recognized by the National Medical Commission.
• Finance Posts: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
• HR/Admin/Safety: Full-time MBA/PG Degree/Diploma in the relevant field.
• Company Secretary: Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI.

2. Age Limit (as of 01.12.2025)

• Maximum age ranges from 28 years for Assistant Manager (E-1) to 56 years for Executive Director (E-9), depending on the post.
• Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Internal candidates.

3. Experience (as of 01.12.2025)

• E-9 to E-2 Posts: 5 to 26 years of experience in relevant fields (e.g., Shipbuilding, Design, Project Management, etc.).
• Assistant Manager (E-1) Posts: Freshers can apply.
• Junior Manager (E-0) Posts: 8 years of post-qualification experience required.

Selection Process
