The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has released its Recruitment Advertisement No. 09/2025 inviting online applications for 1732 vacancies in Group A, B, and C categories. This is a major recruitment drive covering posts like Deputy Director, Assistant Director, Assistant Executive Engineer, Junior Engineer, Stenographer, Patwari, Mali, MTS and many others. Group A: Deputy Director (Architect, PR, Planning), Assistant Director (Planning, Architect, Landscape, System, Ministerial), Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical).

Group B: Legal Assistant, Planning Assistant, Architectural Assistant, Programmer, Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical), Sectional Officer (Horticulture), Naib Tehsildar, Junior Translator, Assistant Security Officer.

Group C: Surveyor, Stenographer Grade-D, Patwari, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Mali, Multi-Tasking Staff.

(Vacancies include UR, EWS, SC, ST, OBC categories with reservations for PwBD and Ex-Servicemen.)

Highlights of Posts & Pay Levels (7th CPC)

Group A: Level 11 & Level 10 posts (Deputy Director, Assistant Director, AEE)

Group B: Level 7, Level 6, Level 5 posts (Legal Assistant, Planning Assistant, JE, Sectional Officer, Naib Tehsildar, Junior Translator, etc.)

Group C: Level 5 to Level 1 posts (Surveyor, Stenographer, Patwari, JSA, Mali, MTS)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Varies according to post — from Diploma/Graduate/PG in relevant fields to Professional degrees (Architecture, Engineering, Planning).

Age Limit: As per DDA recruitment rules.

Reservation: Applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

Selection Process

Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT) in multiple shifts across December 2025 – January 2026.

Skill Tests/Document Verification: For some posts like Stenographer, JSA, Patwari, etc., skill/typing tests and DV will follow the CBT.

Final selection will be based on merit and fulfilling all eligibility criteria.
