All India Institute of Medical Sciences Jodhpur (AIIMS Jodhpur) has released an official Research Project Recruitment Notice (Ref. No. AIIMS/JDH/SPH/MKG/RES/2026/104) dated 04 February 2026 for engagement of Finance & Administrative Officer on a purely temporary and contractual basis under an Extramural Research Project.

“Strengthening Gender Equity in Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) Services in the State of Rajasthan, India”

The project is being conducted under the School of Public Health, AIIMS Jodhpur, and the position is temporary for 5 months, extendable as per project requirement and performance.

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Minimum 1 year experience in:
• Finance
• Accounts
• Administrative work

• Experience of working in Public Health Projects

🧾 Job Profile / Responsibilities – AIIMS Jodhpur Recruitment 2026

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining accounts and financial records
• Preparing Statements of Expenditure (SoE)
• Handling income & expenditure, vouchers, purchases, and payments
• Maintaining consumable and non-consumable stock registers
• Preparing and reviewing budget vs actual cost reports
• Providing technical and administrative support to project team
• Organising interviews, conferences, workshops, and seminars
• Field work related to the project
• Any other task assigned by the Principal Investigator
