Eligibility Criteria for PSSSB Recruitment 2025

For Sainik Welfare Manager

• Matriculation (10th) or equivalent OR
  Passed the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education
• Must be an Ex-Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) or equivalent rank in Navy/Air Force
• Must have Punjabi language proficiency (Matriculation level)

For Multipurpose Fisheries Skilled Worker

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
• Punjabi language requirement as per Punjab Govt. rules

Reservation & Age Relaxation

• SC/BC: Up to 42 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 45 years (as per Punjab Recruitment of Ex-Servicemen Rules 1982)
• Widows/Divorcees/Separated Women: Up to 40 years

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 37 years (General category)

PSSSB Salary / Pay Scale

• Sainik Welfare Manager – ₹25,500/- (Level 4)
