Educational Qualification (Clerk)

• Graduation with computer knowledge & Hindi/English typing, OR
• BCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) / MCA / M.Sc (IT/CS) / B.Tech/B.E (CS/IT)
• Polytechnic Diploma in CS/IT / COPA / DOEACC / RSCIT equivalent

Officer Posts

• Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA / CA / ICWA / BE/B.Tech / MCA
• Relevant post-wise experience is mandatory (as per notification)

Age Limit (as on 30.11.2025)

• Clerk/Society Manager: 18–35 years (40 with relaxation)
• Computer Operator (Sambida): 18–55 years
• Age relaxation applicable for MP domicile candidates

• Level-4 (7th Pay): ₹19,500 – ₹62,000
• Level-7 (7th Pay): ₹28,700 – ₹91,300
• 6th Pay Scale: ₹5,200 – ₹20,200 + ₹1,900 GP
