The Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Mahatma Gandhi University invites eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the post of Course Mentor (Online Programme) on contract basis. The engagement is purely temporary for a period of one year.

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree in the relevant subject of the concerned online programme
- Minimum 55% marks
- NET / Ph.D
- Qualification must be as per UGC ODL/OL Regulations, 2020
💰 Remuneration
- ₹40,000/- per month (Consolidated)
🎂 Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 years as on 01.01.2026
- Age relaxation applicable for eligible categories as per rules
⏳ Tenure of Engagement
- One Year (Purely on contract basis)

📂 Documents to be Produced
Candidates must report one hour before the interview time with:
- Duly filled application proforma
- Original certificates and one set of signed photocopies for:
- Proof of age
- Educational qualifications (Mark lists & Degree certificates)
- Community / Reservation certificates
- NET / Ph.D certificates
- Experience certificates (if any)
- Proof of CGPA to percentage conversion (if applicable)
- Proof that journals are UGC-approved / peer-reviewed, including impact factor
- Awards and additional qualifications (if any)
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Candidates under community reservation must submit valid Community Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable)
- SC/ST candidates are exempted from submitting Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
- Candidates belonging to states other than Kerala need not apply for posts exclusively reserved under community quota
- Degrees obtained from universities outside Kerala must be supported by equivalency/eligibility certificate issued by Mahatma Gandhi University
- Selected candidates shall execute an agreement with the University as per existing norms
- The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right for permanent employment
