| The Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has announced the recruitment for the post of Sub Inspector (SI) Prohibition in 2025. There are 28 vacancies available, and the online application process was open from February 27, 2025, to March 27, 2025. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university were eligible to apply. The selection process includes a preliminary exam on May 18, 2025, followed by a main written exam, a physical eligibility test (PET), and a medical examination. Steps for Online Apply
Click on "Apply Online": This link will be active from February 27, 2025, to March 27, 2025. - New Registration:
- If you are a new user, click on the "New Registration" option.
- Enter your basic details like name, email ID, mobile number, and date of birth.
- You will receive a Registration ID and Password, note these down carefully.
- Login: Use the received Registration ID and Password to log in to the application portal.
- Fill Out the Application Form:
- Carefully enter all the required details, including personal, educational, and communication information.
- Double-check all entries before proceeding.
- Upload Documents:
- Scan and upload copies of your recent passport-size photograph (white background preferred) and signature in Hindi and English (black ink on white paper) in the specified JPEG/PNG format and size.
- You may also need to upload scanned copies of your educational certificates, identity proof, and other relevant documents as mentioned in the official notification.
- Pay the Application Fee:
- Pay the application fee online using the available payment options (debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI).
- Keep a record of the transaction. The fee is ₹700/- for General/EWS/BC/EBC candidates and ₹400/- for SC/ST and all female candidates of Bihar.
- Submit the Application: After completing all steps and verifying the information, submit your application.
- Print the Application Form: Download and print a copy of the submitted application form for your records.
