Short Information : GSL Trainee Project Executive Recruitment 2026: Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official notification for the recruitment of 25 Trainee Project Executive posts in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Computer/IT disciplines. Eligible candidates with B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering qualifications can apply online through the official website www.goashipyard.in.
The selection will be conducted through Written Test, Document Verification, and Group Discussion/Interview. Candidates sponsored from the Local Employment Exchange will be considered under Stage-I recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc Engineering (4 Years) in relevant discipline from a recognized University.
- Lateral entry and integrated 5-year courses after 10+2 are also eligible.
- Candidates sponsored by Employment Exchange must have 1 year relevant experience or Graduate Apprenticeship.
Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025)
- UR/EWS – 28 Years
- OBC – 31 Years
- SC/ST – 33 Years
- Relaxation for PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. rules.
Salary / Stipend
- 1st Year: ₹35,000/-
- 2nd Year: ₹38,000/-
- 3rd Year: ₹40,000/- (if extended)
70% of consolidated pay considered as basic for PF/Gratuity.
