Candidates should possess BAMS / BUMS / B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc Community Health from a recognized university with valid registration and completed internship.

After appointment as CHO: ₹25,000/- + ₹15,000/- performance-based incentive.

For tribal / difficult areas: additional incentive as per norms.
