The Government of Maharashtra provides online services to apply for Domicile (Residence), Caste, Income, OBC-NCL and EWS Certificates through its official Aaple Sarkar portal. These certificates are mandatory for government jobs, admissions, scholarships, competitive exams, reservation benefits and welfare schemes in Maharashtra.
महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा निवास, जाति, आय, OBC-NCL और EWS प्रमाण पत्र ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जारी किए जाते हैं। ये प्रमाण पत्र सरकारी नौकरी, प्रवेश, छात्रवृत्ति, प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं और आरक्षण लाभ के लिए अनिवार्य होते हैं।

🎯 Eligibility Criteria | पात्रता

Common Eligibility | सामान्य पात्रता

• Applicant must be a resident of Maharashtra
• Details should match official government records
• आवेदक महाराष्ट्र का निवासी होना चाहिए
• जानकारी सरकारी रिकॉर्ड से मेल खानी चाहिए

Certificate-wise Eligibility

Domicile Certificate:
• Born in Maharashtra or residing continuously for prescribed years
• Parents should be permanent residents of Maharashtra

Caste Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to SC / ST / OBC / VJ / NT category notified by Maharashtra Government

Income Certificate:
• Annual family income from all sources must be declared

OBC-NCL Certificate:
• Applicant must belong to OBC category
• Family income should be within Non-Creamy Layer limit

EWS Certificate:
• Family income below ₹8 lakh per annum
• Applicant should not belong to SC / ST / OBC category

🔹 Step 1: Visit Official Website

🔹 Step 2: Registration / Login
• Login using Aadhaar / Mobile OTP
• New users must complete registration on Aaple Sarkar portal
• आधार / मोबाइल OTP से लॉगिन करें
• नए उपयोगकर्ता Aaple Sarkar पोर्टल पर पंजीकरण करें

🔹 Step 3: Select Certificate Service

Choose required service:
Domicile / Caste / Income / OBC-NCL / EWS
Department: Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra

🔹 Step 4: Fill Application Form
Fill personal details, address, family details and certificate-specific information carefully.

🔹 Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload required documents in PDF or JPG format.

After submission, an Application / Acknowledgement Number will be generated. Save it for tracking.
