DHFWS Murshidabad CHO Recruitment 2025 for 273 Community Health Officer Posts

⭐ Short Information

District Health & Family Welfare Samiti (DHFWS), Murshidabad has released an official notification for recruitment of Community Health Officers (CHO) under National Health Mission (NHM) on a contractual basis.
Eligible GNM/B.Sc Nursing/BPCCHN/BAMS candidates can apply online only for 273 vacancies from 19 November 2025 onwards.

Selected candidates will be posted at SC–Suswasthya Kendras across Murshidabad district.

🎓 Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

For B.Sc. Nursing (Integrated BPCCHN) Candidates

• B.Sc. Nursing with BPCCHN course in 2021 or later

• Registration Certificate / Provisional Certificate of WB Nursing Council

• Proficiency in Bengali / Local dialect

For GNM / Post Basic B.Sc / B.Sc Nursing (Before 2021)

• Passed from institute recognized by WBNC

• WBNC registration mandatory

• Must undergo CPCH Training

  • Stipend during training: ₹10,000 per month

  • Bond: Mandatory service after training or ₹2,00,000 penalty

For BAMS (Ayurveda) Candidates

• BAMS from recognized Institute/University

• Registration from West Bengal Ayurved Council

• Must undergo CPCH Training

• Stipend during training: ₹10,000 per month + Bond applicable

• UR / OBC / EWS: ₹100

• SC / ST: ₹50

• PwD: Exempted
  Mode: Online Payment only

🧭 Selection Process & Syllabus

• Written Examination – 85% weightage

• Interview – 15% weightage

• Counseling + Document Verification before posting

• Panel validity: 1 year

Written Test Syllabus (Expected)

• Nursing / Health related subject questions

• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)

• General Knowledge & Bengali language basics

After final selection, posting will be based on counseling.
