Admission to CUP programmes in 2026 will follow three main stages:

1.     Apply for CUET (UG) 2026

2.     Appear in CUET UG 2026 examination

CUET UG 2026 Eligibility (As Applicable for Central University of Punjab)

• No age limit for CUET UG 2026 (course-specific age rules apply where notified).
• Candidate must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent.

Pharmacy

• B.Pharmacy (Undergraduate)
• CUET Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics
• Eligibility:
• 10+2 with English and PCM/PCB
• Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD)
• Candidate must be 17 years old on or before 31 December of the year of admission
• Qualification must be approved by Pharmacy Council of India

Engineering

• B.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering
• CUET Subjects:
• Physics & Mathematics (compulsory)
• One of: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Technical Vocational / Computer Science / IT / Information Practices / Engineering Graphics
• Eligibility:
• 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics
• Minimum 50% marks (relaxation as per Government rules)
• Candidates must opt Non-Medical domain subjects in CUET

Law

• B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) – 5 Year Integrated
• CUET Papers:
• English (101)
• General Aptitude Test (501)
• Eligibility:
• 10+2 in any stream
• 45% marks for General/OBC/EWS
• 40% marks for SC/ST/PwD

Integrated Science

• BS–MS Integrated Programme in Biological Sciences (Honours)
• CUET Subjects: Biology / Biological Studies / Biotechnology / Biochemistry
• Eligibility:
• 10+2 with Biology as main subject
• Minimum 55% marks
• Reservation as per Government of India norms
• (Except self-financing seats)
