The High Court of Judicature at Bombay has invited online applications to prepare the Select List & Wait List (valid for 2 years) for the posts of:
- Driver
- Peon / Hamal / Farash
Applications are invited from eligible candidates who satisfy all conditions as per the advertisement dated 08 December 2025. Appointments will be made on the establishments of Mumbai, Nagpur Bench, and Aurangabad Bench.

🎓 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1) Driver
- Minimum SSC (10th pass) or equivalent.
- Must read, write & speak Marathi & Hindi.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence as per Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
- Minimum 3 years driving experience (Light and/or Heavy Motor Vehicles).
- Clean driving record.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance & basic repairs.
- Knowledge of local city routes (Mumbai/Nagpur/Aurangabad).
- Physically fit and free from addictions.
2) Peon / Hamal / Farash
- Minimum 7th Standard pass.
- Candidates with higher qualification must still provide 7th Std details.
- Must know Marathi language (read, write, speak).

🌐 HOW TO APPLY (COMMON STEPS)
1. Visit the official website: https://bombayhighcourt.nic.in
2. Click on Recruitment → Select Driver OR Peon/Hamal/Farash.
3. Pay ₹1,000/- via SBI Collect and note the reference number.
4. Fill the online form with accurate details.
5. Upload:
o Passport-size photo (max 40 KB)
o Signature (max 40 KB)
6. Select only ONE establishment (Mumbai OR Nagpur OR Aurangabad).
Change not allowed after submission.
7. Submit the form and note down Application ID.
8. Download the printout and keep for future document verification.
📌 OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS (Common)
- Must be an Indian citizen and domicile of Maharashtra.
- Good character & conduct required.
- No criminal record.
- Not more than one living spouse.
- Two-child norm applicable (children born after 28-03-2005).
- All documents must match the online information.
- Candidates must bring original documents at the time of verification.
- Selection lists remain valid for 2 years only.
- Appointment subject to Medical fitness & Police verification.
- Can be terminated during probation (2 years) without notice.
- No TA/DA for tests/interview.
