National Institute of Technology (NIT) Silchar, an Institute of National Importance, has invited applications for the post of Technical Associate (on contract) for its XRD Central Facility. The appointment will be purely on contract basis for a duration of 5 years, subject to satisfactory performance.

🧪 Post Details:

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

• Essential Qualification:
  M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Material Science or a related field.

• Desirable Qualification:

  • Experience in operating and maintaining X-ray diffractometer

  • First-class academic record throughout career preferred

• Age Limit: Not more than 30 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD as per Govt. rules).
